today, i went on a Melbourne street art tour in the city! most of it was graffiti, there were also a few murals and clay/sculpture work on alleyway walls. very cool to see; i took a lot of photos, but here are my favourites.

For school, I recently completed a qualification for serving food and alohol (obviously, I won't be able to serve any drinks until I'm eighteen myself) and a HR module that came with it, since you know, bars are known for not-so-proper behaviour. I don't think I'd be so good dealing with it in practice, but it's pretty easy to understand in theory.

I also got my white card awhile ago, which if you don't know what that is, allows you to access construction sites and is like a basic prerequisite to further construction education. I don't think I'll start bricklaying, but it's good to have I suppose- and it doesn't expire! Along with that I finished a short course for First Aid, but I haven't gotten the certificate for it yet. Processing usually takes the longest for these kinds of things!

You'll be seeing a lot more lino from me since we've started the printmaking unit at my art school, and we'll also be trying cyanotype. I'm excited to try it out on fabric and to hopefully dye a shirt for my friend!

i love it when you're down there 'cause you just look so small
my head is filled with disease, my skin is begging you please
i put the needle in you... i like you on your back!
